The position is designed to be a minimum of 2 years on the job training.
The right candidate will start as a Sales Assistant and eventually transition into a Sales Representative managing their own client roster.
The candidate must be able to report to our main office in Westerly, RI daily.
Daily Duties/Responsibilities Includes but not limited to the following:
Extensive Phone & E-mail Correspondence Conducting Product and Pricing Research Misc.
Inventory Management Proposal Generation Customer Follow-Up Meeting/Call Scheduling Management of Social Networking Channels Data Entry Desired Skills and
Experience:
The right candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), have basic computer skills, be a good problem solver, and desire a career track in the field of sales.

Compensation:
Annual Salary of $35,000 with Commission of 4% of the Gross Margin on Each Transaction in a Shared Sales Team Biweekly Total Annual Christmas bonus based upon performance.
Health Insurance (single pay), family difference is out of pocket after completion of probation period (3-6 months) 401K match of 100 % on up to 3 percent of gross earnings, 50% match on up to an additional 2 percent of gross earnings after the original 3.
4 full quarter wait period.
10 flex days per year of vacation/sick/personal -- After 4 full quarters of employment.
After a minimum period of 12 months, an annual review will be conducted to determine eligibility for promotion to Junior Account Executive Job Type:
