The Ocean Community YMCA is now seeking an experienced Maintenance Director.
This is a full-time, 40hrs per week, non-exempt position located at the Westerly-Pawcatuck YMCA branch and Camp Watchaug in Charlestown, RI.
The pay range for this position is $25-27/per hour.

What the Maintenance Director does:
Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all YMCA members and their families at all times.
Continuously moves throughout the facility proactively taking corrective action with limited supervision.
Completes hand on cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of grounds, facilities, and equipment.
Assists with the set up of our summer day camp site located in Charlestown, RI Ensures all facilities are well maintained and up to code.
Assists at special events as needed.
Qualifications for this role:
High school diploma or GED 3-5 years maintenance experience Ability to perform minor repairs including electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs.
Strong comprehension of written and verbal instructions including interpretation of technical manuals.
Clean driving record CPR/AED/First Aid/Emergency Oxygen Administration Certification-YMCA will train.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
