This position is located at our Westerly-Pawcatuck Branch.
Responsibilities include:
Serving as the lead staff member for the Welcome Center by overseeing procedures and processes already in place.
Conducting cause-driven tours for prospective new members.
Continuously providing top quality customer service to all members, participants, and guests.
Assisting the Membership Director with training and onboarding staff.
Keeping cash and processing close outs in an accurate fashion.
Identify and resolve problem areas to ensure member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and customer service skillsExperience (1-2 years) in customer service, preferably in a supervisory positionProficient with cash processes and data entryPositive, friendly attitudeStrong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
CPR/AED/First Aid/Emergency Oxygen Administration certification-American Red Cross preferred-YMCA willing to train.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
