Interacts daily with therapists, EKG staff and members of nursing leadership.
Is co-responsible for the supervision of RT programs and the staff involved in these programs.
Oversees daily operations of the RT department, scheduling, and works in conjunction with the Clinical Coordinator of Respiratory Therapy.
Works dayshift with the possibility of weekend, holiday, and off shift coverage if needed.

Essential Functions 3.
1 Performs duties of a staff Respiratory therapist as needed and all Pulmonary Function testing and scheduling.

2 Participates in quality improvement opportunities as they are identified.

3 Serves as a liaison with Cardiac Rehab, appropriate nursing units and other agencies.

4 Supervises the Pulmonary Rehab and maintenance programs.
Is knowledgeable and proficient in Pulmonary Rehab techniques and patient education.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION Bachelor of Science Degree or currently matriculating.
EXPERIENCE At least 5 years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care.
Current Critical Care experience required.
LICENSURE RI License, NBRC RRT/CPFT, ACLS required.
SPECIAL SKILLS Must have current PFT, Pulmonary Rehab and Critical Care experience.
Ability to interact professionally with patients, visitors, physicians/providers, respiratory therapists, techs, and personnel in other departments.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
