Hours
? 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required.
? Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Some of the Responsibilities
? Provide the planning, budgeting, and development of the Production Team.
? Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage fire and water losses.
? Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters.
? Project estimating, job costing, and quality control.
? Ensure job processes and procedures are followed.
? Training and development of managers.
Minimum Requirements
? 3
years experience in management in the Fire and Water Restoration industry.
? Ability to manage several project managers.
? A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
? Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors
involving violence or theft.
? Must be able to pass a drug test.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills.
? Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects.
? Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing and quality control.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook , Excel , and Word .
? IICRC certifications - WRT and ASD, Master designation a plus.
? Proficient with Xactimate estimating software.
? Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters.
Compensation
Competitive based on experience, bonus available. We also provide great benefits, including health insurance and 401K!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
