Outside Sales Representative -- Westerly, RI

Granite Group Plumbing and Heating Wholesalers' Westerly, RI location is seeking a high energy, focused and driven individual to join our Outside Sales team to cover the state of Rhode Island
This position is responsible for building a solid sales territory that generates a high volume of profitable sales for The Granite Group and for developing/maintaining strong relationships with our customers in this region. You would be regularly visiting with your assigned customers and performing extensive prospecting and cold calling activities to increase your market share. You'll have the opportunity for quick wins by working hard to satisfy complex customer issues.
Your earning potential is all up to you and we offer a generous commission plan. Newly hired Outside Sales professionals receive a base wage and a car allowance and transition to our commission plan after demonstrating sales success.
The ideal candidate must have a strong sales aptitude, a desire to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.
A dynamic, energetic and personable nature insures success in this role. You will need to have strong presentation and communication skills, a persuasive nature and be aggressively determined and motivated to achieve established sales targets. The ability and desire to learn about our product lines is necessary.
Previous sales experience in our industry with proven success in sales is required.
Preference will be given to candidates that have experience in the plumbing, heating and HVAC industries.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
