Simply park your car at the house and walk across the street to the beautiful private beach! It's ideal for your family vacation gatherings. Just pack your bed linens (sheets) bath + beach towels and beach supplies, and the rest is all here for you! Comforters and pillows are provided. Family-friendly neighborhood and lots of fun activities close by. This is a spacious house with all the outdoor amenities, BBQ (Weber propane grill), 2-picnic tables, fire pit, deck patio furniture, tables, chairs, Adirondack chairs, and more. Please note: During summer months the owners use the basement of this property. Additionally, yard and lawn space is limited especially on weekends due to owner and owner guest parking. Renters are provided 2 designated parking spaces marked with a "Tenant Parking" sign. *Renters: Upon accepting this rental, please provide us with your email address via the chat inbox, so that we may send you our rental agreement which contains all the beach house details and important information regarding this rental.* Guest access NOTE: guests have assigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles clearly marked under the "Tenant Parking" sign located below the front porch. The property owner uses the remaining lawn parking area to the left of this area for parking their vehicles at any time. The owner also uses the basement space for their use and personal belongings. Other things to note There is a notice on the kitchen refrigerator that explains the Trash pickup days per week as well as instructions on how to put all trash in mandated Town of Westerly orange bags. The orange bags can be purchased at the local Walmart or any local grocery store. Trash Pickup is every WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY beginning July 1st each year. Prior to July 1, trash pickup is once weekly on Saturdays. Pickup is by 7am on the scheduled day. Note: Inside the house you may use 'basic' white trash bags, then when placing trash outside for service pickups, all trash bags must reside inside Town of Westerly orange bags**any trash left outside of the required orange bags will NOT be picked up.** A Rental Agreement is emailed to all guests prior to their arrival day. Reminder notices are clipped to the kitchen refrigerator for all renters to review with applicable reminders and Association Protocols.
